Traditional witchcraft may in some cases mean different things to different people. However many of the Traditional paths have come together through the Traditional Craft Association, and those that have, have been able to share a great deal and help each other. Of these paths or orders, the Water Witches are the senior order and Aqua the leader of the water witches is deemed to be the wisest of all of the witches. Although he has the title of high king, his role is as an advisor to all, rather then a ruler or rule setter. All we are to say below relates to the members of this wide group, and there are other groups outside of this which may be different.

Traditional witches believe in a single spirit or god, and see different religions and beliefs as just different faces of the same god/goddess or spirit. From this spirit they can ask for advice, but as people we have the choice to follow this advice or not. They do not except multiple gods or therefore a Satan type of god, but consider that evil is what men choose to do, rather then the effect of an external force. They do not seek to convert anyone, and are happy for you whatever faith you hold or none should you choose.

Traditionals accept that there are many paths to the spirit, and also that within the crafty there are many valid paths. They see Wicca as one of these paths. therefore Wicca is a subset of beliefs or paths within the craft. For this reason some Wicca orders have been welcomed within the Traditional Craft Association. Clearly however not all paths within Wicca would be able to accept the concepts of the association or have enough in common with Traditionals that they would wish to participate and share knowledge with them.

Power Wicca is the largest of the Wicca groups that belong to the Traditional Craft Association, and a while back Aqua the high king of the Water Witches also was invited to become the high king of the Power Wiccans, and went through the entire process any other Wiccan would go through at all levels to reach this, within Power wicca he is assisted by a number of deputies, one of these is Alpha, who is the leader of the virtual Wiccans, the group within power Wicca that has produced this site.
