Our leader is Alpha, and her role is to help and advice members. She is one of the deputies that form the team that runs Power Wicca, and is in regular contact with the leaders of other traditional and some Wiccan groups. She also acts as one on the councilors within the Traditional Craft association that helps people new to any are of the craft, but also acts as the first line coordinator who discusses with other groups maters around them joining the Traditional Craft Association. she is in regular contact with Aqua, accepted by many as the wisest of all the witches.

Many who have first contacted Power Wicca via the internet have found that Alpha has been the person who has been able to answer there questions or discus their needs or problem.
